This Mother’s Day, celebrate at Bar des Prés, where Franco-East Asian cuisine meets London’s vibrant energy. For this special Sunday, Chef Cyril Lignac presents an exquisite menu created to honour the occasion.
Begin with a glass of NV Veuve Clicquot Rosé, followed by King Crab Crispy Sushi, Chutoro with Miso-Orange Sauce alongside Spinach Salad, Yuzu Black Truffle Vinaigrette and Bonito.
To continue, Steamed White Asparagus, Beurre blanc and Trout Roe accompany the Chilean sea bass, gently confit in olive oil with peas, pak choi and chimichurri. For a floral finish: the Mother’s Day “Rose” – a delicate vanilla and strawberry creation.
